Orders

Where are you located?

My workshop is located on the island of Dønna in Northern Norway. If you click on the link it will lead you to a fuller discription of where I am based.

I received my parcel but it is different to the item I originally ordered, what do I do?

How will my order be packaged? Does it come with a presentation box or jewellery pouch?

All items are wrapped in tissue paper and are contained in a jewellery pouch.

Do you send gift card / vouchers out?

As my workshop is a small business, gift cards are only available in the workshop, and can only be redeemed in the workshop. 

Do you have a retail shop or studio?

I have a working workshop and shop on the island of Dønna, Northern Norway. All my products are hand made in the workshop and are on sale in the same space in my shop.

What are your opening hours?

I post on my social media accounts when I am opening my workshop. 

Visitors are always welcome at the workshop, and if the shop is not open, please contact Mharit Hulbert directly to arrange an appointment. 

Do you make bespoke jewellery or take custom orders?

Mharit Hulbert takes a limited amount of bespoke orders each year. If you are interested in a bespoke piece please contact Mharit Hulbert by email. 

If you would like to customise a piece that is already produced please send an email to Mharit Hulbert. 

Delivery & Shipping

When will my order arrive?

As your piece is coming from my a beautiful yet distant island, the arrival of your order may take that little bit longer than if I lived on the mainland. However they do say all the good things are worth the wait. 

Normal delivery is between 3 - 10 days in Norway, however delivery time is variable.

If you live outside Norway delivery can take at least two weeks.

How long does standard delivery take?

Most orders within Norway should take 3 - 5 days, however delivery time is variable.

How do I track my order / delivery?

All orders are sent by Posten and are insured through posten. If you choose for your item to be tracked, a tracking number wil be provided to you. Mharit Hulbert will ensure tracking and proof of postage information is provided and where that exists, if deliveries are subject to delay or loss, Mharit Hulbert cannot be held responsible.

I am in the UK, do I have to pay import duty when my item is delivered?

You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. There may also be additional shipping fees charged once the package arrives in your country to facilitate delivery to you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

How do I know when my order is shipped and on its way?

You will recieve an automatic email informing you that your order has been shipped.   

What countries do you ship to?

Mharit Hulbert ships within Norway, Europe and UK, and the rest of the world. 
All items a subject to postage costs depending on the destination.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I cancel my order

To cancel your order please notify Mharit Hulbert via email with your order number which will appear on your automatic order email within 24 hours of purchase. 

Pieces that are bespoke cannot be cancelled.

Can I return my item?

If you are not statisfied with your purchase of an item of jewellery, if unworn you can contact Mharit Hulbert by email with your return details and reason for return.

How long do I have to return my item?

Jewellery items are to be sent in return within a period of 14 days in the original packaging and in the exact same condition in which you recieved them.

My item has arrived faulty, how do I return it to you?

If you are not statisfied with your purchase of an item of jewellery, if unworn you can contact Mharit Hulbert by email with your return details and reason for return.

How long will my refund take to process?

Shop & Collect

Can I place an order online and collect it?

If you order online all products must be sent out. You are welcome to come into my workshop and buy in person however order "click and collect" is not an option.
